So I have been talking to some people around campus, and it seems like there would be enough interest for some decent tournaments and stuff on campus.

I'd rather not impede on UMass Boston right now, so I'm thinking Sundays from 3 to whenever. Most of us college kids are going through finals week, so what better way to relieve some stress by knocking your favorite Nintendo characters around?

Details are as follows:

Location: Tufts University, Lewis Hall, 210's lounge

TV's/Smash: There is room for 3 TVs/Gamecubes(or Wiis), so hopefully people can bring some of their stuff and we won't be stuck just using mine. Also, bring your own controllers!

Time: Starts at 3 pm, Sunday, 12/16. Ends whenever, probably no later than 7 or 8.

Tournaments will hopefully be organized based on the number of people (and their skill level) who decide to come.

Directions
Jump on the Red Line towards Alewife. Get off at Davis Square(second to last stop). From there it's a 5-10 walk to Lewis/Campus. It's pretty easy, but I suggest you mapquest if as I'm terrible at giving directions.

However, for all of you too lazy to do so, here are my directions:

Leave the Davis T-stop and look for an Au Bon Pain. It should be on your left when you exit. If not, you got out on the far side, and need to cross a few streets to get there. Just ask someone where it is.

Continue past Au Bon Pain and look for an large black sign that says "Orleans." If memory serves me correctly, there is a large red circle on this sign. This is Wallace Street.

Take a right up wallace street until you come to an interesection(Broadway). Continue on straight(you will now be on Leonard) until the street ends. Leonard puts you out onto Powder House Boulevard, right next to campus.

Continue left on Powder House, skirting the edges of campus. Until you reach a 4 way intersection with Packard Ave. On your right is Lewis Hall. I will be waiting downstairs until 3:15-ish to let people in and direct them upstairs.

A map of these directions can be found here The green arrow is approx. where Lewis is.
