Smashfest in VA

So, the ride to Charlottesville is a little over an hour. I know there are two other in Chesapeake (3 hours away) and West Broad (a little under 2 hours) , but those are a little bit longer trips than I want to take at this point.

How many people in VA are attending Smashfest? I'm haven't really began playing smash, but I think it'd be a great start to travel there and participate.
