Smasher New to Competetive Play

Hi, I have been playing smash for a long time, and I've just begun to get into playing smash competitively. I have both the Wii U and 3DS versions, but I prefer to play on the 3DS. I would like to play some new people just to get better at smash. If anybody wants to play, I would be more than happy to exchange friend codes.
