Smashbros_sound.brsar for PAL doesn't work?

Just to make this quick: I'm PAL user, i've successfully imported PSAs and textures, and it works well. Many doesn't work, though, and my game freezes sometimes which i don't know why, but i can take that later). I downloaded a PAL version of smashbros_sound.brsar, and put it in pf/sound. That means that all the sounds that has dissapeared from the character PSAs i've downloaded will return, right? (They dissapear since i've imported NTSC-U PSAs, so only a few sounds is left) But nothing happend...No sounds came back...What shall i do? :\
