Smashboards should have an offical FC and Brawl account

This is an idea that has maybe been tossed around admins for a while now, but there should be a "Official Smashboards Account" (or many) which people can add to their Friend List to get updates, and to help share official tournament legal create-a-stage levels.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the possible difficulty of only being able to have 64 friends on your friend list.
