Smashboards is spamming my inbox!

Is there any way to STOP receiving emails from Smashboards when someone posts a reply to a topic you reply in? It's really, really aggrivating to get ANOTHER email every time someone replies.

Edit: Aha, I just saw the drop-down menu below this post box. However, is there any way to make it universal on your profile, and not have to manually select it every time?

I swear I saw this exact same thread a month ago....

anyways, User CP > Edit Options > Under Messaging and Notification select No Email Notification from the drop down menu.
