Smash64 sing is better than sm4sh sing?

Smash 64 sing put to sleep the opponents in low percents longer and in higher percents put to sleep shorter.
Smash 64 sing can be used in early game likw a combo starter ( 64 jiggs player can do 50-60 percent combos.
What do you think?

I think sing was sopposed to be best on this game, or that's at least what I've heard

Unless you use spinphony. Then it's the worst version.

64 maybe has higher base "knock back" but smash 4 has the highest "knock back" growth.
