What do you think is better with the C-stick, Smash or Tilts?

I find Ftilt to be semi-useful as a spacing option, but at the same time it might be better to do away with Ftilt. As Fsmash only has 2 more frames of startup, and it's ending lag is pretty minor, especially when landed on shield. (They don't really have enough time for a hard punish) I could be wrong, but that is what it seems to me.

Dtilt is very good with Cstick, but I usually use the movement stick anyways.

Utilt is a good anti-air, better then Usmash as it has less ending lag and it doesn't matter if it stales.

What do you think?

Tilt stick defs. Gives you way more control with your aerial momentum when doing aerials, especially with fadeback Fairs and platform pressuring with Uair. More controlled tilts are also nice.

I have the problem of habit where I use Smash stick but I think Tilt is better. However, JC UpSmash seems very useful (Im just picking up the chimp) and I'm not sure how easy that would be with tilt stick.

JC Usmash is actually quite easy with the joystick.

Can't you still use the c-stick for aerials when it is on smash? I have before...

To prevent it from halting your momentum you really have to flick the C-stick when Smash is on, where as tilt stick is comparable to previous iterations and does not effect your air mobility.

Pretty sure you lose the ability to smash toss nanas out of a JC toss if you A-stick

I'll happily trade a bit more distance + 2% more damage off a banana for better spaced aerials and one flick tilts
You're also losing out on projectile speed. The main thing that A-sticking is good for is easier pivot jabs and tilts. Pivot dtilt is good for Diddy but unless you're making a lot of use out of this the trade-off doesn't seem worth it.

You did, but then they patched it with the inclusion of A+B Smash. Megaman used to be able to charge his smashes while holding the metal blade and DHD used to be able to control the can while charging a smash.

Don't ask me about this stuff. I'm the guy that does wavedashes with tap for jump and doesn't change any of his configurations. But I would say Smash tbh.

Is there a comparison video or a thread so I can find more info on this?
