Every week we host an online tournament on twitch.tv/SmashUnited
The streams always begin at approximately 6:00pm CST, every Monday
With bracket beginning one and a half hour later at 7:30pm CST.
This tournament is free to enter! These events are run entirely in twitch chat, meaning you join by commenting your NNID, and get added to the bracket with your NNID + Twitch account name/tag right after. For examples, check out this previous bracket from our tournaments

WHISPER IN THE CHAT! Stage bans, adding, counterpicks etc.
Register on the stream! Start time for the tourney is 7:30pm CST! NOTE: entering into the tourney is a nightly commitment. You must play your opponent when your round is available or you WILL be disqualified.
If 10 minutes pass by and you haven't received any sort of response from your opponent, you win.
There is a 64 HARD entrant cap, and the event is double elimination! (Meaning you must lose TWICE to be knocked out of the tournament) Also: you will be entered into the challonge with your NNID. Your usual nickname (or twitch name) in tourneys may be put in parentheses afterward as needed.
Best of 3 bracket matches. BEST OF 5 Grand Finals
Prizes:
1st place - $10 eshop card
If a match lags terribly bad on stream, they will need to play off stream. If this happens in Grand Finals or Loser's Finals, we will test which player is behind the lag. If both lag, a 1 stock match between each player's CPU will be held. Winning character wins the match.
Assisting with the bracket and results will be twitch users Wormy, BeatleTheBozo, ssbnaptime, and Zult17.
