Disclaimer: This strategy is MINE and mine only ;p no copyrights or anything. I also double check the forum to see if this list is already posted, but it seems that there wasn't such list. So here we go.

This is part one out of two on my "Smash tier list."

Okay, I will remind you all you guys that if you abuse your smash attack, they will get weaker and weaker so make sure you use it at the right Presentage!

Part I: Up-smash

Everyone know that lucas up-smash is second next to Ivysaurs, and ikes. (not sure if this is true but do reply correctly on whom have the best upsmash...witch is probably somewhere in the forums.) THe problem is that most people use the Up-smash too early or when the oponent is over 100% (Witch is not bad) or when they abuse it too much that it get weaker. I tested the up-smash VERY carefully so I don't have to over use it and the likes. ALSO NOTE!!! getting hit by the tip of the upsmash DOES NOT count...since it only nothing compare to the central of the hextagon, so make sure the opponet is in the center, below or sides. So here is the list that you guys been waiting for!

from top to bottom:

Note: this was done at FD

the only problem is that these percentages are only if the opponent does not DI at all so they should be quite a bit higher

it probaly take 1%-3% more but I usualy add 5% of damage just incase ;)
no no no...if a person knows how to DI properly they can be around 30-50% higher than a normal non DI-ed attack would kill them at...trust me I have a friend that plays snake and he has DI-ed out of an usmash at 140%
