You there, yes you, son. The world is a dangerous place, so let's see what makes you S.P.E.C.I.A.L.! The battle field is full of dangers, like fighters who would like to make you fly out of the stage! For such cases, you may need to defend yourself from these bullies with your raw Strength! But remember, some situations rely on more than just muscle. That's where your Vault-Tec abilities, or Perks, come in. From the power of V.A.T.S. to the powers of Lady Luck, your sure to stay safe on that battle field, sport!

During the second world war, America launched 2 atomic bombs on Japan. The world thought this would lead to total nuclear anhelation. Instead, scientists discoed how to harness the power of the atom. Things that seemed to be science fiction became real. However, the American Dream didn't last long. Over consumption of every major resource led to the world sitting on the brink of war. and then it happened in October. It lasted 11 minutes. Nuclear bombs being fired by everyone, at everyone. Those lucky enough to reach them in time survived in massive underground vaults. These vaults we're built by a company called Vault Tec. Vault Tec was a company that was founded in before the Great War, whose goal was to build these vaults to let humanity live on in the event of total nuclear anhelation. This company had a mascot known as Vault Boy. Vault Boy was used in all of their promotional material, as well as all of Vault Tec's post nuclear survival material.

As you can see in Vault Tec's S.P.E.C.I.A.L. pamphlet from Fallout 4, or the Pip-Boys display from Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Vault Boy has quite the expansive amount of abilities. His move set will be based off these perks. Every attack alters Vault Boys appearance a little bit to match the perk he's using.

Jab/Rapid Jab - Based off the Iron Fist Perk, Vault Boy grows a moustache and does a flurry of punches, and finishes it with a swing from a baseball bat, dawning a baseball cap, based off the Big Leagues Perk.

Forward Tilt - Vault Boy bashes with the butt end of a rifle, based off the Basher Perk.

Down Tilt - Vault Boy pulls out a sawed off double barrel shotgun, and fires a quick shot at the ground right in front of him. Based off the Concentrated Fire Perk.

Up Tilt - Vault Boy does a quick Cart Wheel, kicking above him, with a target appearing on his chest. Based off the Moving Target Perk.

Forward Smash - Vault Boy Roots himself into the ground, giving him heavy armor, and swings an axe. Based off the Rooted Perk.

Up Smash - Vault Boy flips out a big wooden box onto his back, hitting anything above him. Based off the Strong Back.

Down Smash - A Black Cat Runs around Vault Boy, dealing low damage but high launch power, multiple times. Based off the Luck image.

Neutral Air - The five senses appear around Vault Boy, dealing damage. Based off the Perception image.

Forward Air - Vault Boy does a strong gun bash with a Minigun. This has a meteor smash effect.

Back Air - Vault Boy puts on a cowboy hat and fires a rifle behind him. Based off the Rifleman Perk.

Up Air - Vault Boy swings a Ripper above him for a multi-hit attack.

Down Air - Vault Boy drops down with 2 large books beneath him as he reads a third one. He can jump out of this attack. Based off the Intelligence image.

Neutral Special - Pulls out laser pistol and fires laser beam that slowly drops down as the move is used. Once the laser depletes or if the player double taps B, Vault Boy will grab a new energy cell and put it in the gun to recharge it. Based off the Science! Perk.

Forward Special - Vault Boy starts running in place as different Power Armor are equipped (Order: Chassis, Helmet, Legs, Arms, Body). Once B is let go, Vault Boy sprints forward, dealing damage to anyone he hits. The more parts he has on, the more damage it does. If he gets all 5 parts on, a Fusion Core will be ejected from the suit and blow up after the armor is removed. Based off the Pain Train and Nuclear Physicist Perk.

Up Special - Vault Boy equips a jet pack and flies up for a short period of time. Based off the mod for power armor

Down Special - Vault Boy Drinks a Nuka-Cola and partially fills up his AP. He can be attacked while he's drinking to interrupt him. OR, if the AP bar is full, he'll enter V.A.T.S. (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System.) Time slows for a few seconds and Vault Boy can get 3 shots with a pistol on the opponent he's facing, with the last one being a critical dealing high damage.

Grab - Vault Boy reaches out and grabs.

Pummel - Vault Boy punches with a Power Fist.

Forward Throw - Vault Boy punches his victim in the gut with the Power Fist launches his opponent.

Back Throw - Vault Boy throws his opponent behind him, and then throws two random items from a box in front of him to deal follow up damage. Based off the Scrounger Perk.

Up Throw - Vault Box dawns a lab coat and mixes two chemicals on the opponent and causes and explosion launching the opponent upwards. Based off the Chemist Perk.

Down Throw - Vault Boy slams the opponent on a table and burns them with a blow torch. Based off the Armorer and Blacksmith Perk.

Ledge Attack - Gets up and swings a Shishkebab.

Dash Attack - Vault Boy hops on a tiny car and drives forward. Based off the V.A.N.S. Perk.

Get Up Attack - Vault Boy spins a Super Sledge around him as he gets up.

Final Smash - Vault Boy does double finger guns hitting anyone in front of him launching them upwards. His victims land on a desert ground behind Vault Boy, as he fires a Fat Man at them as he turns around and does his iconic thumbs up and wink.

Up Taunt - Leans on rifle and does a finger gun before losing balance and stumbling.

Side Taunt - Does his iconic thumbs up and wink.

Down Taunt - Does double finger guns and wink. Based off the Charisma image.
