Smash Jam: Custom Slams Weekly 3DS Tournament 10/5

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is out in Japan, and weekly tournaments will continue to be held leading up and throughout the US launch.

Sign up: WILL BE ANNOUNCED TONIGHT ON STREAM @ 12am EST! (People really want in this one.)

Where: All matches will be live streamed here on Twitch.

When: Sunday, October 25th, 2014, 3PM EST / Noon PST / 7PM GMT


Rules:

• No items
• 1v1 on non-moving OR Omega versions of arenas (Banned: Balloon Fight, Pictochat 2, Pacman Maze)
• Custom moves allowed
  
• Equipment NOT allowed
• best of 3
• Single elimination
• 2 stocks
• No time limit, start on Jigglies elimination.

Players will have to join my lobby, I'll suicide, and matches will start at elimination. Please add my friend code if you are in the tournament, as I'll have to have you on my list to be able to stream your matches. Friend Code: PENDING, as this will be my US console.

If you do sign up, make sure to check-in on the tournament page! Check-ins open up 2 hours prior to the tournament!

Sweet, just saw you post these and Facebook and asked there if it'll be happening again/around the US release date, I guess this answers that! I'll definitely at least be sure to tune in to the 9/21 one, and hopefully once the US version releases I can finally enter! (Although, also, if XLink Kai is actually a thing that works you should totally do some friendlies with me :D) (oh, and you know me as djmeatboy on Twitch and BanjoChaos on Reddit. I kinda have different usernames everywhere )

Also, if possible, you should submit the results to the Smashboards ranking so everyone can be ranked! I'm pretty sure they accept wifi tournaments there. It's pretty easy too, as you can just import it directly through Challonge.

Just go to Rankings > Submit Results (http://smashboards.com/rankings/submit if you can't find it, the submit button is pretty small) and click Challonge of course. It's all pretty straightforward from there.

Updated the OP. If you're interested in signing up for this one, I suggest you be there tonight for the stream at 12am EST, because people REALLY want in. I'm probably going to change how signups work for this after this week, but that is TBD.
