Smash Gamecube Controller Cable Length

Is it known how long the Smash edition controller's length is? I'm hoping it's the same length as the White "Wii" Gamecube Controller. It would be really disappointing to buy a $30 controller with a short cable.

Gonna bump this, because I feel that with all of the media having hands on with SSBU, we might have an answer to this.

I don't think it's been revealed.

Personally I'm hoping for a length that's exactly in between the original length and the white controller length (this probably won't happen though; I'm sure that it will be like one or the other). Having used a white controller for the past 5 years, I think that the cord is needlessly long and becomes inconvenient.

I honestly think the cord should possibly be even longer than the White 2008 one, given that you may have instances of 8 people using controllers at once.

If I had to guess it would probably be the same as the White one, as that is the most recent design so there's probably some regimen that's already been established

While they didn't specify the length, GameXplain guys said that it was pretty much the same controller as before. ProJared said he thought the plastic was crappier, though. But I dunno. I'm guessing regular Gamecube controller length.
