Hello everybody, it's me "Yoshifan 34567" and I am here to announce a new tournament starting next week. It's called the Smash Club Invitational. It has been almost one week since I started my new Smash Crew called "Smash Club" (it's a bad name, I know) so we're holding our first tournament next week on March 4th and will go on right through to the 6th.
There will be four tournaments held here (all of them are for SSB-WU). Here are the tournaments.
Singles
This tournament is a no-brainer. It works just like every other tournament (such as EVO, MLG, Apex, etc.).
Doubles
This tournament works just like the Doubles event in other tournaments. It shoudn't be too hard to explain either.
Low-Tiers-Only
This tournament works just like Singles except every character that's Middle-Tier, High-Tier and Top-Tier are Banned! Yes, only 25 characters are available to use. They will be listed down below:
Roy, Kirby, Bowser. Jr, Mr. Game & Watch, Lucas, Mewtwo, Falco, Wii Fit Trainer, Shulk, Marth, Link, Duck Hunt, Little Mac, Dr. Mario, King Dedede, Lucina, Mii Brawler, Charizard, Palutena, Samus, Mii Gunner, Mii Swordfighter, Ganondorf, Jigglypuff and Zelda.
Customs
This event is exactly like Singles except Customs are allowed. The only piece of equipment allowed is Speed but every other piece of equipment is banned. You must follow the Official Custom Moveset Project therefore you must choose one of the ten custom movesets for that character. For example, if you main Mario and decided to choose 2312 (one of his custom movesets) then you would have to use the following moves:
Neutral Special: Fast Fireball
Side Special: Gust Cape
Up Special: Super Jump Punch
Down Special: Scalding F.L.U.D.D
To check out what custom movesets you'll have to use for your character, go here: http://www.smashwiki.com/Official_Custom_Moveset_Project and search for your main(s).
Rules

If time runs out, the winner is determined by remaining stock and then by ending percentage damage. If both stock and percentage are identical, or a game ends with both players being KO'ed simultaneously, then a 1 stock, 3 minute game with the same characters and the same stage.
Doubles:
3 stock
8 minutes
Customizations is Off
Pause is Disabled
Stalling is banned.
Team Attack is on.
Sharing Stocks are allowed.
If time runs out and the total number of stocks for each team is equal, then a tiebreaker will be played (2 stock, 4 minutes)

Low-Tiers-Only: March 6th, 2016 at 10:00AM EST/3:00PM GMT
Customs: March 6th, 2016 at 1:00AM EST/6:00PM GMT
Dave's Stupid Rule is also enforced outside of Best of 5 sets.
I hope to see you enter this tournament next week. If you are, good luck.
NOTE: If you have bad Wi-fi, I wouldn't join the tournament if I were you. It would more than likely ruin the experience for players so if you're gonna enter, make sure that your internet connection is running fine.
