Smash 3DS Smash bros waiting room glitch?

I was messing about in the waiting room then wondered what would happen if I got the sandbag to 999% and then hit it off the screen here's the results: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBZ6XFByC1o
Also I am not sure what you would call this so I have just put it under "glitch".
