Melee tournament will be hosted at Gamefest at Santa Barbara City College in Santa Barbara California on Saturday April 21, 2012 at 11:00 am. Warmups will be at 11:00 am while taking in participants and the tournament will start between 12:15-1:00 pm. We will try to end the tournament at 8:00pm and if there's time and enough money, there will also be a brawl tournament. The prize will not be money this time, as it will be something different. Only first place will win the prize. The price to enter will be 5 dollars and rules for the matches are the same as always and if you ned to know the rules, just check it on this website. The tournament is currently being hosted by Jose Adame, Kai Clarke, and Tuhui Lowen-Diaz but we would like more people to be announcers, or spectators to help us progress. We need more equipment to hold this tournament. If you have an extra system, game copy, memory card with all the characters and stages, controllers, or tv's, please bring them because we are in short supply and it will cause the tournament to progress slowly. The address is 721 Cliff Drive in Santa Barbara California. It will be in the cafeteria in the east wing. Parking spaces will be available in both the west and east wing. Food and drinks will be sold during the tournament. If there are any questions regarding the tournament, just email me at jantonio_a@hotmail.com and I will answer your questions to the best of my knowledge. We hope to see many participants and hope you have fun.

You should post this in Tournament Listings with the correct region. Just a helpful bit of advice: you probably won't get people putting much effort into coming, bringing setups, and entering if there is no cash prize from the entry fees (unless you have some badass prize that is worth just as much, I guess).
