Smash Attacks... Change Move Damage(%)?

I'm using the program Smash Attacks, and when I go to change the damage of a move it doesn't display a percentage, but some sort of encoded form, maybe hex? It would be something like 4C, does anyone know the code for these numbers, or how to change them?
