Hello Smashboards people!
I've been developing this website for a while and I now think it can be released to the public!

What is it?
Smasharena aims at giving you a better online experience helping you find arenas with nearby players thanks to it's research feature.
Once in the arena, the website offers a lobby page for each arena that will allow users to chat between them using a simple text chat!




The website is completely free thanks to the addition of ads, so please if you can keep the adblock off it will help supporting my work so I can improve on it!

Things I want to add in the near future:
  • HTTPS/SSL
  • Loading the last 10 messages when first connecting
  • Maybe a better layout
The site still doesn't have HTTPS but only http so most browsers will say it's not secure. I can only say that the database is completely Hashed and secured for your accounts, the not secure part is just transmitting the data.
I do not keep ANY log of arenas or chats.

Sesilaso, this is an incredible tool. Thank you for picking up the ball that Nintendo totally dropped.

I also happen to be a UI/graphic designer, so send me a PM if you'd like some help sprucing up the interface (free of charge, of course).

I wish you the best of luck with this project. I hope lots of people start using it to improve their online experience.

Hey, that'd be of incredible help since all I've done isn't great on the graphical side lol.
Do you have any way to contact you? I don't watch here often. If you have discord you find me in both Wolfcord and Foxcord pretty easily.
