Smash 4 movesets for Project M [Brawl] characters?

Should they give the SMASH 4 movesets to characters like ZSS, Pit, Charizard, Zelda and Sheik?

I personally really prefer ZSS in Smash 4 WAY more than in Brawl.

(Also saying you like a character's Smash 4 moveset more than Brawl's is useless for discussion on their character in Project M, especially since most characters have been altered in a substantial degree.)
