Smash 4 Mods

The rumor spread very fast, but my reaction to it was: "WHAT!!!But...HOW!?!?"
I watched some vids on the subject and I thought they're the best thing ever invented.
So I was looking if someone to tell me or send me a link to vid that would explain how to download and install mods.
Are there any sites especifically for Smash 4 mods?

If it's your first time hearing about it, then it's likely you'll be unable to mod. A wii u firmware update just released recently, and I'd wager you didn't block it out.
