smash 4 maintenance (bayonetta and corrin are not coming in the afternoon)

9:30 pm EST plus the hour of more that the store is freezing when you try to download because of the rush

Time zone differences play a factor for such stuff. Not all EST residents will have the opportunity to get the DLC right off the bat, since it IS a school night for the children.
