Smash 4 in Hagerstown and/or Frederick MD?

I currently live in frederick and may be moving to hagerstown in a few weeks and was wondering if theres any local tournaments or friendly meet ups that take place around those areas. I'm looking for some intensive smash 4 practice.

Apparently there's a new (?) venue in Frederick that's hosting small weeklies on Sundays and Thursdays. Check the tournament listings for Tournament City Games. The last weekly had 12 entrants, so it sounds like it wouldn't be too overwhelming.

I'm thinking I'll check it out sometime next week.
