I'm not so sure they'd put the GameCube accessories in a Smash Bros bundle for the Wii U. I thought the adapter was more for veteran players that are used to/prefer the GameCube controllers. If anything they'd put in the new Wii U Pro controller in there.

If they announce Gamecube games coming to the E-shop, then I can see it happening. Or maybe throw in a free GC game with the bundle to download, a la Mario Kart 8.

Lying about my country.
The Mario Kart 8 Bundle is $329.99, you get the console, a controller, and a game plus the promotion for a free one.

Comparing it to it, this thing would be basically selling an all-new unique adapter and a cool figurine with fancy chips for $20. (Bet they're gonna do the free game deal again with Smash)

Don't really expect it to happen for that price.

It's totally possible, adapter+figurine is not really all that much, but I just don't they they'd do it. 329.99 For the same thing as the Mario Kart bundle, exept with a Pro Controller instead of Wii remote and obviously Smash instead of Mario Kart? I think I can totally see that happening.

I'm not gonna be picking up a Wii U till Smash now that I've essentially missed my window for the MK8 Bundle, so hopefully there is a quality bundle release, and in large enough numbers to meet demand.

Personally I would be very pleased with system (maybe some cool special model) plus game, plus amiibo OR gc adapter/controller for $350. 'Course we already know that a gc adapter/controller/game bundle will run you 100 bucks, so I kinda doubt that any bundle including the adapter would cost less than a solid $400

As long as the bundle doesn't come with some exclusive amiibo that's only available in the Smash bundle I'll be fine with it.

If they do decide to place the GC adapter, they'll probably need to throw in a GC controller in there as well so people could use it (Knowing some parents, they'll just buy the bundle but are completely clueless that one of the accessories inside it requires a separate purchase).

I wonder if there would be a 3DS bundle as well, I may get another 3DS so I can play with my sister.
