Sm4sh controller defect

I was using my brand new sm4sh controller when I noticed that when I quickly flicked the Left Stick to the left it would go left then somehow go right. I did this by flicking the sticks on the time tab in the melee options. My old indigo controller doesn't have this problem at all. Please tell me if this is just my controller or if it is common. Thank you.

You can try exchanging the stickboxes from control stick and C-stick.

I have this problem as well, it's especially prevalent when navigating the menus. It makes pivoting a *****.

I've owned controllers that would dj half the time I released down after flicking. Definitely a pain.
