slow edge-attack

Every once in a while when on the edge of the map, fox does a really slow edge attack instead of the normal one where he would get up and kick both feet out fast. The one that I come across sometimes is really slow and he doesnt kick his feet out far. Is there a way to get this consistant? It would be useful because it would keep the opponent guessing.

I'm pretty sure that it all depends on your percent.
At 0-99 the fast attack happens.
At 100+ the slow one happens.

I might be wrong though.

the slow get ups happen at 100+ damage for everyone.
