This just occurred to me...
As I was playing in a Brawl Tournament on Saturday, I started to notice something. I gained a lot of friends thanks to the boards and attending these tournaments.
I'd never really had a lot of smash friends. I think I'm really the only girl in my group of girl friends whom does any gaming of the sort, or who is competitive. It was a tad depressing for about a year, I had no one to really play with.
Just a little while ago, when I started college, I came across a group of people who really, truly do love to Smash. Not only that, but they most certainly accept my strange, geeky style.
I wonder how many more people have joined here and gained friends that have become very close to them. I think it's amazing.
Really, I must thank other Ness mains for being so kind, and to the Mods for being helpful but I love this community, and I want to thank all those people who have made my gaming more enjoyable.
