Silent freeze on SSS

Before I start I can't thank you guys enough with all the help you have given me! Almost have all the pieces I need to really start going. I recently got hold of the SSS editor which adds the levels to your SSS screen. I replace the STGCUSTOM01.pac with the level I want to use and also add its .rel.

Selecting it in game will have a silent freeze. Maybe I missed where I needed to code it somewhere else?

Never got it working, frustrated at this point i'll call it a day. I've been looking around and some places say they used a disable code, or riivoultion. But i really don't think any of that applys other than maybe this disable code.......
