Side B with less lag

So is it common knowledge that jump-cancel side b comes out a lot faster, and that spinout ends earlier? Because if its not, it should be!

Also, using this shortened spin-out, it can combo into glide-toss mechs and then some other cool follow ups, including catching the opponent with a jump-cancle side b, that can catch because it comes out so fast
