At high percentages I would Up Tilt but at mid/low percentages I would go for a grab

Also in my opinion side B isn't worth risking unless your ahead by alot , in a friendly or you just don't care and want to do it anyways. My reason is that someone could react fast enough with a character that has high recovery and hit you out of it or they could just crouch cancel it and punish you for it.

Side-B pause (a half second or shorter) maybe he does a sidestep side-b again finish the side-b combo with min 3hits or do another side-b to a little pause to confuse ur opponent, (it works really but only somtimes xD) or do a f-smash/grab/pivot dash grab (you know what I mean, dash away dash to him - grab)/or simply a side-b immediately continued with a reverse up-b, but at low percentages it is not really helpful, because of your long time of recovery lagg.

that were the things i prefer to do after a side-b :) hope i could help

I usually do side b -> grab at low & against falcon and side b -> up b at higher % (also against falcon) it kinda works, i didnt tried it on many other characters (does not work good against spacies)
