my favourite part of that vid was 0:43-0:48.

Looks kind of easy to avoid, honestly. Doesn't look like it'd work on many competent players. Pit recovers quick enough afterwards that he could dodge whatever Samus throws next, so maybe throw it in there occasionally to mix things up, but definitely not a move to abuse.

Haha that's neat. It's really useful against reflecting characters. You can stun them just long enough to through a missle or charge shot out before they can reflect it. Though, it seems like a move that will be a sort of fad now, and later on down the road, will only be used as an obscure surprise attack or something...

Oh, and running up to someone, short hopping backwards (which is shorter than a forward short hop) and then zairing into a combo is marvelous.

its one of the quickest long range moves in the game, and it has the highest attack priority of any move and no lag, its highly spammable, especialy when coupled with homing missiles. it can really keep players in check, as far as rolling, the player cant really roll, if they roll in front or behind samus they risk catching a f or d-smash, if they roll away they are just opening samus for more spamming of missiles or z air.
