Smash Wii U Should this game still be played on a CRT TV?

I've been wondering if this game still need to be played on a CRT TV to have the smallest amount of lag possible. I use game mode on my flat screen, and there doesn't seem to be lag.

Playing this gorgeous game in a CTR TV should be considered a blasphemy.

The native input is HD so it's meant to be played on HD capable TV's. It won't have issues like the older games because of that fact.
