Well, what do ya'll think? Keep in mind, that it can be used only once in each match.

Brawl isn't out yet, so we don't know how it could affect the metagame.

Also...I just noticed, everything about smash balls ISN'T in the items section O_o.

Yeah I noticed that too...and it took me a while to find it..

I don't think they will be allowed...imagine 1 stock left on FD...and a final smash ball appears right by you...then the other player is dead....that would be extremely cheap and require little skill to use...

It will depend on how the Smash Ball effects the game. Maybe for future Low Tier tournaments? That could truely give a spin to the matches. But then again, people will most likely pick those with an awesome Final Smash...

We'll just have to see what happens when the game is out.

Items won't be allowed.
Says who? There's been serious talk in the SBRoom regarding items in Brawl. If there's an ability to turn capsules/crates, or at least explosive ones off, there's talk of using items again in Smash.

And Brockman, the final smash doesn't necessarily mean you die, and there could be rules, like you can't use a final smash when your oponent is on 1 stock, for example.

It's really too hard to say what's banned and what isn't until we get our hands on Brawl.
