Should Smash Bros Lawl be a real game?

Okay, so I really want to get into making games (which is impossible at the moment since my computer crashes every MONTH). So, I thought of either a Project M-like modpack for Brawl, or the more fun option, making a fangame based on a Smash Bros "spinoff", Smash Bros Lawl.

Smash Bros Lawl is a series of videos by Mexican YouTuber chincherrinas (the creator of The Frollo Show, another awesome series that you've probably never heard of.) It basically asks the question, "What if Sakurai ate too many LSD-filled squid pancakes, and added characters like the King from the Zelda CD-i games, or Hank Hill, into Smash Bros.?" The result is sort of an Internet Smash Bros., but with more complex moves and characters. And it is AWESOME! So I wanted to ask you guys, should this be turned into a real (fan)game, and if so, what would you like to see in it?

I didn't think I'd meet someone crazy enough to have the same idea. I support this thought! It will be good practice for any future game-making as well.

I really genuinely hate memes or over-done jokes like the Epic Face or Nyan Cat, So i'm probably the last person you would want to ask about this.

Ok, so I've looked it up, and I think it could be ok for a couple cheap laughs, but in doubt that anyone would have the time, dedication or money to make such a game.
