Miyamoto wants help developing SF: Wii U, so why not use Retro, Retro has a good reputation for reviving dormant franchises (Metroid Prime and Donkey Kong Country Returns), and turning them into masterpieces, so why not have Retro do the same for Star Fox and F-Zero?

Because they're probably too busy atm working on Metroid Wii U.

I'd make them do it, along with Monolith Soft making Mother 4 and localizing the 3rd game.

At some point Retro should be given the chance to make a new IP. As good as they are at reviving dead franchises, they shouldn't be limited to it. However, I'd still like them to take control of Metroid again, only because I feel like they're the only safe bet to fix the franchise.

Kamo. you mean like Raven's Claw?
Yeah, exactly like that, though I swear I thought it was called Raven's Blade. I think it was one of Retro's games that got cancelled by Nintendo so they could work on Metroid Prime which at the time was probably a good idea, but by now I think they're more than experienced enough to work on something of their own.
