Yeah, it's not like they can't hit it by themselves either, and if what if the smash ball just happens to float far away from both characters... how does that not help the projectile user?

It was kinda obvious that shooting a projectile at the smash ball would break it...

...I thought that would be obvious, at least

means that if the ball is off stage and people cant reach it could mean that people with projectiles could have a better chance of getting it.

what you are saying aply for all the game,EX:and if what if your char is far froma projectile user,it won't help the projectile user? darrrrr sure that's why he a projectile user,but think about non projectile users too,any char has something that the other will envy

Well someone else can smack on the ball and you can get lucky with a single projectile right?

seems kinda gay, but maybe it makes it balanced, because someone like bowser is going to be able to break the smash ball easily but will be slower to get to it, while fox will take longer to break it but can from a distance

It only took a few hits to knock the smash ball out of Peach. Maybe the attack you use to get control of the ball determines how easy it is to lose it, and projectiles are very weak.

Did anyone else notice that Link uses his Hookshot recovery AFTER using his Up+B (At about 38-40 seconds)
