I haven't seen the application of this and it seems like a somewhat viable ledge option. Although a regular ledgedash gives more invincibility and is probably better in general, this has its own applications. I can see it being used in place of dair'ing or nair'ing from ledge as it attacks opponents close to the ledge but is less committal. Overall i think this has its practical applications in a match and the only thing inhibiting it from being a commonly used ledge option is the difficulty of executing it. It is pretty hard to do but i definitely think it's practical. Also it looks cool
