Shine U-Smash

Does anybody use the up smash out of the shine? If so what for besides a mindgame for an opponent w/ good reflexes?

makes more sense w/ fox. but anyway, for those who like to sheildgrab if you waveshine into their shield, try a shine smash, they'll think twice before trying it again, or they'll get hit by more.

Woah Actually Ive got a match w/ a sheild-grabbing then chaingrabbing sheik and the waveshine is new to my arsenal but Im sure he's seen it before. But this mindgame is gonna be the determining factor of our matches.

Shine, U-Smash is kind of self defeating, IMO. There's just better options.

Falco's U-Smash in general leaves a lot to be desired...

When playing vs. Fox, take advantage of the fact that he's a fast faller. Waveshine him if you can. If not, use shine to d-air sequences.

If you can't pull any of the more advanced combos, you can fall back on shine to u-smash, but do so knowing that it's not the best choice.

If the shine hits I dont see the point.. lol rly. If the shines hits the oppenent now has a better chance of escapin the combo and can start their own. If the shine is blocked tho.. I'd still not.. lol. I'd rather put heavy pressure on the shield by pillaring or waveshine back and forth untill I got the shield weak enuf where a Dtilt would be able to creep in. Fox ownz that combo, lol Falco wont take it away!
