Shine Dair Infinite?

I'm confused on why this infinite doesn't work on certain stages. So far from what I tested it works on Corneria, Frigate Orpheon and Saffron City. It doesn't work on PS1, Peach's Castle, Shadow Moses Island, Fourside, Onett, Rainbow Cruise, Training Room, and Hyrule Castle, I'm not sure if its because the wall or not.
