Shielding tips?

Got any tips for getting better at shielding in general? Not just PS'ing, but I'd like more tips on dash-shielding projectiles. My shield doesn't tend to come fast enough even if I press the button before it hits.

The best way to practice sheilding is just have a partner shoot a bunch of lasers at you with Falco and dash-shield them and try to PS all of them..... also you could go into training mode and slow down the frames so you can get the timing down? eh, my suggestions. Also ZSS's armor pieces are really good to practice shielding because the hitbox on them is HUGE.
