Shield Traction/Sliding

Does anyone know much about this? Haven't been able to find anything online. In specific, does anyone know how character's traction in shield relates to his traction in general, and do we know how to calculate the velocity at which a given attack will send a given character in shield at a given percentage?

Percentage doesn't affect it, only factors are move damage and the character's traction value. Dunno exactly how to calculate it but I doubt somehow it would be yield a comprehensible output anyways.
