So I've been playing a ton of sheik lately and I like to incorporate a lot of shield dropping into my play.
OHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYY GOOOOOOOOOD. The technique is very good overall to use, but with sheik I'm finding it to be something heavenly.
Shield Dropped Fair is incredible, catching people completely off guard sets you up for like anything and happens really frequently.
Needles are flat out stupid if you get the spacing. Basically can hit ANYWHERE off stage if done properly. Downward angled needles hitting sweet spotters from below is plain stupid. Not only that, but the fact shield dropping messes with your oppponents spacing so heavily that if you shield drop needle into their shield, its basically a free grab.
I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU ALL LOVE FREE GRABS TOO
If you're fancy you can even reverse needle cancel>waveland>edgehog (although its impractical IMO)
Baiscally, I feel like you Sheik players should look into this; It's proving incredibly helpful for someone who doesn't even main the character.
