Many people probably post about this but I need a not-fail way of learning how. I can short hop with fox maybe 85% of the time. I try to fast fall as much as possible. and my L-cancel is low. How can I increase my L-cancel technique and SHFFL? Whats the best way to train?

The only way is to practice as mush as possible until you can execute those techniques without thinking.It will eventually become second nature.
