Shffl into turnaround up-tilt?

how do you do it that fast? i have a lot of my other tech skill down but something simple like that is so hard for me.

I don't think there is any "technique" or trick to it other than practicing and having amazing hand speed to allow maximum button input and control.

Can you better explain what you are trying to do?

Oh i'm an idiot i posted the wrong time. Yes that is the right video

but at time 43L:39 against fox vs peach. the fox does a nair, turns around and does a up tilt. It just seems like a lot of fox's can do this automatically. no delay in any of it.

Chillin does it a lot, i just picked this video because it was the one i was watching at the time.

It's pretty simple, just hold the opposite direction while you L-cancel. Works for every character.
