Sheik's viability

How often is Sheik wining, what are her chances of moving up in the tourney world, how good is she really, etc etc.

I plan on doing this for every character, but I'd like to know first for my favorite character so far.

Anyone with results where Sheiks placed high or won in a tourney please post them. The moar the better.
