Hi there, I noticed that when playing as Sheik on 3.6, down throwing ROB only does the first 3% hit of the attack, instead of the full damage of the attack; you also do not get the sound of the second hit. I've not seen the issue with any other characters, but I've seen it consistently happen on Dreamland and FD, not sure about other stages.

Sheik's Downthrow on ROB only hits with first hit

This is known and we internally have a list of all throws that result in this on ROB. Thanks for your report though!
