Sheik vs Villager MU

I heard that Sheik has the edge here, but I have a tough time stopping the Villager. He approaches me so I am making him approach with the needles, but he always goes for a Lloyd and then follows up with the slingshot or a nair. I typically try to just hold shield and go for a grab, but I either mess up the timing or he hits me with something that beats out my grab. Any ideas?

Don't rely on shield grab. Sheik has good aerial options to cover Villager's approach. Shield is good because of Villager's bad grab, but play around with more OoS options other than shield grab, because opponent's can space moves to avoid shield grabs if they know you are going for it.

I find walking to be very powerful in this MU

Okay, thanks a lot, I'll work on that. I definitely rely on shield grabbing too much as a crutch so I'll explore those other options.
