We don't know. Shes not exactly a shoe-in character - she doesn't really have any reason to be removed, but likewise she doesn't really have any reason to stay; so her fate is questionable. There is one indication that she may, which is what PsychoIncarnate said, but simply having the design made doesn't confirm her presence. It is interesting to note that Zelda was absent from the E for All demo, probably because of Sheik, but that could go both ways.

Basically, we won't know until the Dojo or some other legitimate source confirms or deconfirms it, and thus far, none has.

How about shooting Light Arrows with the accuracy of a blind-deaf ******** platypus on crack? That's a move that she has in all LoZ games as opposed to just Ocarina

Honestly, i don't think they have any reason to take out Sheik. Sheik has a large fanbase of players and there isn't a reason to remove the character, so why bother?

Link's entrance for one is from Zelda 1.

Because she's overpowered and will be nerfed if not removed then all those sheik players will be mad.

Imagine this, (and this seems likely) they make sheik how she was supposed to be. Can do amazing combos and give lots of % but lacks any good killing moves.

That would be amazing because then I wouldn't feel so dirty playing "Zelda"

I actually really like the idea, and if they make that type of thing work, then Zelda/Sheik will definitely be someone I use a lot.
