Sheik is back and is as sexy as ever! To be honest I'm a bit surprised, considering she wasn't in TP. I'm really glad they brought her back though, it really shows the Smash Bros commitment to diversity in character's play style. What with the new Olimar and Pikmen addition, we can surely look forward to the game supporting unique concepts.

To those of you who feel Sheik is broken, over-used, too 'noob' friendly, and defeats the purpose of playing Zelda, remember no one is forcing you to play her, let alone play against her.
And purhaps she will be nerfed, although it appears none of her moves will change.

Personally, I would enjoy playing Zelda more often than Sheik, but it was always interesting switching between the two in different situations, or during my different moods :p. It's not that Zelda has no down+b, it's that she has an adaptable down+b.

Besides, what would Zelda be without Sheik? I don't know about the rest of you but I felt she just wasn't all there.

Long live Sheik!

You can consider her being nerfed a near-given considering the working over they gave fox and her PAL top tier status.

But my happyness abounds, so whatever, they can actually be used together this time, hopefully.

Its his first post i think you should overlook flaming and just explain that once one thread is already made usually another thread with the same topic may be closed.

I'm only upset that there doesn't seem to be a stamina system like with Pokemon Trainer to force the player to learn both the characters.

Also, Sheik is a broken character, and that is a flaw in the game. Flaws must be fixed, that's all.

And at least the question of Sheik's gender has been cleared up.

Why do you know she will be a flaw? She will probably get nerfed, just like Fox.

The top tiers were, it's true, but Sheik was nowhere near as broken as Falco/fox.

Either way, let's all hope for a less broken Sheik, mkay?

Wouldn't it be amusing if Zelda was broken this time around and Sheik was the bottom tier character?

Lol no Fox was the most Broken and damaged. Super fast and very strong fastest character tied with captain falcon and his smash attacks were strong (also falco) but they air Up A move just KO'ed you almost everytime, it was unbelievable.
Hopefully this time around its all taken care of right?

Dosen't this just say Midna won't be in...? Unless replacing Gannondorf, very unlickley.

Her Final Smash is the same as Zelda.
