Sheik Is a low tier because of the fact the she can't kill and her combos do no damage. They should buff both or one of these in the next parch but how? I would say make a up air a kill move and make all air moves do more damage. Any more ideas ?

Me and my sister play smash together competitively. We always fight each other, and, her, being a Sheik main, even says it herself! Sheik DOESN'T have any reliable kill moves. She finds usually that she can predict where someone is going, and get an Up B out of it for a kill, but even then. Up B has so much startup lag that it isn't always reliable. Forward smash has a bit of startup lag, and it's easily punishable. Sheik should really work on her power

Semi-joking, but wasn't that the original-intended character design, similar to Pokemon Trainer? Rack up melee combos with Sheik, zone or KO with Zelda?

The transform would be a nice shake up. It excuses Sheik's recovery. It gives Sheik some sense of, "What if I'm fighting Zelda one minute, and she swaps to Sheik?" The opponent would have to change t upheir whole play style!
