Sheik and L-Canceling

I was wondering is L-cancelling good with sheik like is it a must...
i wavedash,ff,and about everything else besides L-cancel so i need help on makeing this decision because i need to start practicing it if i have too....any helpful hints would help..

Well.. considering its going to help your game theres no reason not to do it... I found when i was learning remembering to l cancel ariels was hard... i got down all of the other AT's first so everything was second nature, that way i would be concentrating on L canceling.

ive heard sheik doesnt have much lag
but then again all charecters have a land lag..
so ill start practicing it

It's always better to L-cancel than to not.
